1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Bloomwise, a garden care journal operated by [Company name, registry code, address]. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to use Bloomwise and must be at least 16 years old.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information and do not misuse the service or try to access other people's gardens.

3. Your garden data

Plants, beds, notes and tasks you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.

4. Advice is guidance, not a guarantee

Care plans, weather tips and photo check-ups are generated automatically using AI and public weather forecasts. They can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgement, and always follow product labels when using fertilisers or treatments. We are not liable for crop loss or plant damage resulting from following suggestions.

5. Plans and payments

  • The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the Plans page.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use a paid plan immediately, you agree that a proportional amount may be charged for the days used.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bloomwise available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms; for material changes we will notify you in advance.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Bloomwise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.

8. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], without removing protections of the country where you live.
