1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

• Account details — email address and sign-in information, to create and secure your account (contract).
• Garden content — plants, beds, notes, care tasks and diagnosis results, to provide the service (contract).
• Location — the town or region you enter, converted to approximate coordinates, to fetch local weather (contract). We do not use your device's GPS.
• Plan information — which plan you are on and usage counts such as monthly check-ups (contract).

3. Plant photos

Photos you submit for a check-up are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not stored by us. Only the written diagnosis is saved to your garden.

4. Who we share data with

We use service providers to run Bloomwise: hosting and database, AI analysis of plant information and photos, weather forecasts (only approximate coordinates are sent), and a payment provider for paid plans. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your garden data is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

• Access a copy of your data and receive it in a portable format.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data and account.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Complain to your data protection authority (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

7. Cookies and storage

We only use storage that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
